From left to right, the artwork for the cover of Synchrotron Radiation News (Vol. 18, 2005) was taken from the article by CCH on pp. 9-14. Our article that appeared in Nature 430, 539-541 (2004) was discussed in the July 2005 edition of Physics World (Vol. 18, pp. 31-35). Finally, a recent cover of Synchrotron Radiation News (Vol. 20, No. 5) shows one of the cones used in our reflectance technique, first discussed in our paper in Applied Optics 32, 2976-2983 (1993).
